Zee Nation Festival – Legal Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
- All tickets purchased for Zee Nation Festival are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (physical, digital, or print-at-home) with a valid barcode or QR code.
- Duplicate, tampered, or invalid tickets will not be accepted and may result in denial of entry.
2. Ticket Types & Upgrades
- Tickets are sold by category: General Access, VIP + General Access, and Golden Circle VIP.
- The VIP + General Access Package includes a General Access ticket at no additional charge.
- Package tickets cannot be partially refunded or exchanged for other ticket types.
3. Admission & Access
- Gates open at [insert time] on 9 August 2025 at Nasrec Expo Centre.
- Right of admission is reserved.
- No re-entry will be permitted unless authorized and pass-out is issued.
- Attendees must comply with all access control procedures, including bag checks and security screening.
- Only individuals over the age of 18 will be allowed access to VIP and bottle service zones. Proof of ID may be required.
4. Prohibited Items
- The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Outside food & beverages
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Professional cameras or video equipment (unless accredited)
- Umbrellas, cooler boxes, and camping chairs (unless otherwise specified)
5. Safety, Conduct & Liability
- Zee Nation Festival, its partners, and venue authorities will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, howsoever caused.
- Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal belongings.
- Disruptive, aggressive, or intoxicated behavior may lead to ejection from the event without refund.
- The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe by the organizers.
6. Bottles & VIP Table Packages
- Complimentary bottles and services included in VIP packages are strictly for consumption within the VIP and Golden Circle zones.
- Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age of 18.
- Bottles may not be removed from designated areas.
7. Filming & Photography
- By entering the event, all guests consent to being photographed and filmed. These images may be used for promotional and archival purposes by the event organizer and affiliated brands.
- No compensation will be given for the use of any images or recordings.
8. Privacy Policy
- Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for event communication, access verification, and emergency notifications.
- We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for event operations.
9. Event Changes & Cancellation
- Zee Nation Festival reserves the right to change the event schedule, artist lineup, or venue layout without prior notice.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation, refund policies will be communicated through official platforms within 7 working days.
