• Selfie or Photo (used for biometric and security access validation)

• Ticket Category or Package Selection (VIP, General, etc.)

This information is collected directly from the data subject when:

• Purchasing tickets via authorised ticketing platforms

• Registering for access to Lemo Green Park

• Participating in Lemo Fest campaigns or competitions

4. Purpose of Processing

Personal information is processed for the following legitimate and necessary purposes:

• To verify ticket holders and streamline access at Lemo Fest venues

• To enhance patron security and safety through registration screening

• To provide relevant event communications and updates (if applicable)

• To manage ticketing and access credentials efficiently

• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

• To provide you with relevant event promotions, updates, and offers through direct marketing via SMS, email, or social media, in accordance with Section 69 of the POPI Act

No personal information will be processed for purposes other than those for which it was collected without further consent.

• With the consent of the data subject (as provided upon registration);

• As necessary for the conclusion or performance of a ticketing contract;

• As required by law or to protect legitimate interests of the data subject or Lemo Fest.
