LEMO FEST - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket and attending Lemo Fest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy
• All tickets are non-refundable but transferable to other patrons.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the lineup and schedule without prior notice.
2. Access & Admission
• Gates open at designated times as communicated on official platforms.
• Security screening and identification verification will be conducted at entry points.
• Patrons may be denied entry for non-compliance or if found aggressive, or in possession of prohibited items.
3. Registration
• All patrons must complete registration with full name, contact number, email (if applicable), and a picture (if applicable).
• Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy and used strictly for event safety purposes.
4. Age Restrictions
• Some events within Lemo Fest may have age limits (e.g., 12+ or 18+). Please check event-specific guidelines before purchasing a ticket.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
5. Prohibited Items
• No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass, or hazardous materials allowed.
• No cooler boxes or outside food/drinks permitted unless authorized.
• Professional recording equipment is prohibited without prior media accreditation.
6. Behavior & Safety
• Disorderly or abusive conduct will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
• Attendees must follow the instructions of event crew and security personnel.
• The festival site is monitored by CCTV and security teams for your safety.
7. Photography & Media
• By entering the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes by Lemo Fest and its partners.
• No unauthorized live streaming or commercial content capture is allowed.
8. Liability
• Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. Lemo Fest and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property.
• The organizer is not responsible for event cancellation due to force majeure, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or health emergencies.
9. Privacy Policy
• Personal data collected during ticket purchases and registration is protected under POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
• Information is used solely for access control and emergency communication related to Lemo Fest.
• Data will not be sold, distributed, or shared with third parties without consent.
10. Right of Admission Reserved
• The Lemo Fest organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke admission at their discretion, with or without refund.
ENTRY AT OWN RISK
Patrons enter and remain on these premises entirely at their own risk.
The organisers, venue owners, promoters, sponsors, and their agents or employees accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, damage, death, or theft sustained on the premises, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
