1. Are umbrellas allowed?

Yes, hand-held umbrellas are permitted for use on the field. Hand-held beach umbrellas may only be used on the east embankment behind the demarcated white line, off the field.

2. Are gazebos allowed?

No gazebos are allowed on the field area. Limited space for gazebos will be available only on the east embankment behind the demarcated white line, off the field.

3. Are cameras allowed?

Yes, cameras are allowed for personal and non-commercial use only. However, cameras with telephoto lenses will not be permitted unless the person has media accreditation.

4. Are chairs allowed?

Yes, only camp chairs and fold-up chairs are allowed. Please note that VIP ticket holders will have seating provided in the VIP lounge area.

5. Are blankets allowed?

Yes, blankets are allowed and are encouraged for comfort during the event.

6. Are cooler boxes allowed?

No, cooler boxes are not allowed. A variety of food vendors will be on-site, offering a selection of takeaways, meals and beverages for purchase.

7. Are children allowed at the event?

Yes, children are welcome! There will be a Kiddies Corner available for children aged 3 - 12, offering fun, supervised activities throughout the day.

8. Is there allocated seating?

General access is unreserved, so seating on the embankment and field is on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP ticket holders will have allocated seating in the VIP lounge area.

9. Will food and drinks be sold at the venue?

Yes, a variety of food vendors will be available, offering a wide selection of meals, snacks, and beverages for purchase.

10. What time do the gates open?

Gates will open at 9:00 AM, and the concert will start at 10:00 AM sharp. We encourage early arrival for a smooth entry and to secure a good spot.

11. Is there parking available?

Yes, secure parking will be available at the venue. Parking attendants will be on-site to guide you, and we advise arriving early to avoid congestion.

12. Are there ATMs or card facilities on-site?

Food vendors will have card payment facilities.
