No Firearms: Firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. This includes handguns, rifles, shotguns, and any other weapon that launches projectiles.

No Weapons of any nature: We maintain a strict policy against the presence of weapons within the event grounds. This includes knives, blades, batons, or any other item that may be considered a weapon.

No Narcotics: The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.This includes but is not limited to vaping or smoking in the marquee, drugs…

No Refreshments allowed to be brought into the venue: Outside food and beverages are not permitted to be brought into the event venue. We have a variety of food and beverage options available for your convenience and enjoyment on-site.

We excited to announce that the 2025 Nedbank Golf Challenge will be a cashless event, providing you with convenience and efficiency throughout your experience. Here's what you need to know:

Activate your cashless account and preload funds: To streamline your transactions, we encourage you to activate your cashless account in advance and preload funds onto it. This will allow you to skip the top-up queue and proceed directly to the bar and food vendors.

Collect your card: Upon arrival, your ticket/voucher will be scanned, and you will receive your Nedbank Golf Challenge cashless card in exchange. If you have already preloaded funds, there will be a designated express queue where your cashless voucher will be exchanged for a card with the preloaded amount.

Top up your cashless card: If you need to add funds to your cashless account, designated top-up stations will be available at the event. Additionally, if you already have a cashless account, you can conveniently top up online.

Tap to pay: Enjoy the ease of making purchases by simply tapping your Cashless Card at any of the food, drinks, and merchandise vendors. No need to carry cash or worry about handling transactions—everything can be done seamlessly with your card.

Check your balance: Stay informed about your remaining funds by utilizing the cashless devices located throughout the golf course and event area. These devices will allow you to check your balance at any time.

Post-event refunds: After the event concludes, you will receive instructions on how to refund any remaining funds on your Cashless Card. This process will ensure that you can easily retrieve any remaining balance.
