REFUND POLICY
In the event of abandonment of a Match after the spectators have been admitted to the Venue and after one (1) ball has been bowled, Ticket Holders shall not be entitled to any refund.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS
• Sealed/unsealed cold-drink or any other non-alcoholic beverage.
• Any form of alcohol (i.e. beer, cider, wine or spirits)
• Food items other than sealed dry snacks
• Other than sealed water bottles, none at all
• Large/golf or beach umbrellas, gazebos or similar objects other than handheld, foldable umbrellas with no pointed metal or plastic tips. No branded umbrellas.
• Portable braais, skottels, Webber Braais, gas braai or any other food heating equipment of any nature shall be permitted in the stadium. No open fires allowed.
• Hard (including polystyrene) cooler boxes of whatsoever nature or size.
• Glass Items
• Cans (soft drinks/ alcohol)
• Firearms, weapons, knives & sharp objects
• Dry ice
• Drugs
• Stainless steel utensils (Knives, forks, metal cups, etc.)
• Fireworks, explosives, flammable items, Aerosol cans,
• Mace/Gas containers
• Animals/Pets
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, motorcycle helmets
• Balls (soccer/rugby/etc)
• Video cameras and non-accredited media equipment (i.e. cameras with detachable lenses or recording equipment)
• Air Horns/Vuvuzelas/Blowhorns/Kuduzelas
• Musical instruments
• Any mass-branded clothing or items which constitute ambush marketing
• Banners/flags with derogatory text or drawings
• Oka pipes
• Unofficial merchandise with the intention to trade within the grounds
• Chairs other than collapsible deckchairs and or camping chairs for only deck-chair ticket holders may bring in one chair per ticket (To avail deck chair tickets, please click the dark green oval in the grass area).
• If any of the above restricted items are found by security during bag/body search at the checkpoint before entering the stadium, it will be confiscated, or the ticket holder will be allowed to keep the same in their personal vehicle.
The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying any other dangerous article or substance not referred to above or wearing or carrying any item or substance that in Management's sole discretion may be considered to be offensive, disruptive, dangerous or likely to infringe any party's rights or any party's safety or security.
