Festive Laughs

Showtime Promotions presents FESTIVE LAUGHS, an evening of uproarious laughter featuring the comedic likes of Mark Banks, Bash with Tash, Conrad Koch (Chester Missing), Henry Ramkissoon, Koobeshen Naidoo, Mmangaliso Mhlongo, Mo Vawda, Senzo Mthethwa and Sagie Murugan.

In over 25 years of comedy, Mark Banks’ productions have played to packed houses across South Africa and beyond, while his constant banter and uncontained one-liners have often lent him undeniable praise when appearing as the Master of Ceremonies at corporate functions.

A comedic genius, public figure and all-round media darling, Natashia Portrag more fondly known as by her professional brand and stage name ‘’Bash with Tash’’ has become one of entertainment’s most sought-after and versatile ascending stars.

Reportedly holding a master’s degree in social anthropology, Conrad Koch is a South African comedian and ventriloquist best known for his character Chester Missing. Koch and Missing gained fame through their performances on the television programme Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola between 2010 and 2015.

Popular comedian and entertainer, Henry Ramkissoon has portrayed many well-known characters that have kept audiences spell bound for over 2 decades and he is most well-known for his off-the-wall, no-holds-barred humour.

Well-known actor & comedian Koobeshen Naidoo is the head of department for music, art and drama at Ridge Park College. Having entertained audiences through-out the country, Koobeshen is sure to ‘’wow’’ audiences with his witty and hilarious stand-up comedy.

Captivating audiences with his humour and charisma, Mmangaliso Mhlongo was born to entertain & tickle many funny bones. After making third place at a comedy competition, his career began to blossom.

His unique take on life and passion for comedy drives him to be one of the greats of the next generation of comedians. Mo Vawda adored by many for his comic acts has been performing in many theatres around the country.

Senzo Mthethwa is an actor, comedian and musician performing alongside multiple comic legends is a household name with his own brand of humour.

Having a flair for comedy from a tender age of 11 years old, Sagie Murugan tackles stereotypes and narrates hilarious tales captivating audiences with his special brand of laugh out loud comedy and comedy stints.

Begin the festive season with Festive Laughs on Sat, 6th December 2025 at playTSOGO Globe, Suncoast at 20h00. Patrons are advised the show has an age restriction of 13 & over (PG)
